All riders must sign a waiver prior to boarding. Children under 16 years must be signed by an adult for all rides. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Please call us for time of departures 24 hours prior. Departure time may vary depending on the daily tide and swell. 48hrs cancellation notice required or 100% of fare is payable.

Noosa wave is not responsible for loss or damage to any property due to persons negligence. Skipper has the right to refuse any persons due to safety concerns.

If you are booked on our "Swimming with the Whales" or "Snorkel Noosa" trip below is a copy of our  waiver. To save time you can fill out the form before boarding and hand it to our friendly staff upon arrival.
